If I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet, I am Brian Litteral, LPC. I am a lifetime learner, an eternal optimist, and a believer in balance and self-care.

My Story:
I have had the privilege of working as a Licensed Professional Counselor for more than 20 years in the state of Oklahoma. I'm an active member in education as evidenced by being an adjunct instructor in 2024 and 2025 at Randall University. I am a humble recipient of the Servant Leadership Award in 2025 through Westminster Presbyterian Church where I love teaching fourth and fifth grade students in Sunday School. I am a Deacon in my second three year term and am on the Youth Leadership Board. I am an LPC supervisor and cherish the opportunity to help others develop in my field. I am a 2025 recipient of a silver medal in the 2025 Jenius Bank World Pickleball Championship held near Dallas, TX in November 2025. I believe that you should give your all no matter what you do; and that you learn more from your mistakes and embracing grace than anything else.
My Approach to therapy is born out of joy of the collaborative journey. I love to see people reach their best selves and be equipped with tools and insight to use the rest of their lifetimes.
I incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Behavior Modification and Brief Therapy techniques in my approach. I am psychoeducational and an advocate for healthy boundaries, balance and self-care.

Hello, my name is Annie Urstad
It can feel exhausting to live for everyone else and ignore your own needs. I work with adults and couples 18 and over who struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, ADHD, or anxious/avoidant patterns in relationships with themselves and others. Together, we create a safe space for your “inner child” to be heard and take practical steps toward authenticity, self-alignment, and meaningful connection.
I blend therapy and life coaching to support growth in complementary ways. Therapy helps you process emotions, uncover patterns, and heal from the past, while coaching focuses on setting goals and moving forward with intention. My approach is honest, practical, and body-aware—helping change feel real, felt, and lasting.
As an immigrant from Norway, I bring a unique perspective on identity, culture, and relationships. My work is designed to leave you feeling seen, heard, and equipped to step into authenticity with courage and purpose. You deserve time to heal, grow, and experience how good it feels to truly love yourself.
